[Moon] 1296-eme status - QRV with 85w

After some tests today, I can announce that the new W6PQL amp is 
working with 85w output at the dish.

This half of the amplifier is rated for 150w with 10w drive.  I 
currently have 5.2w at the dish.
Next I will begin construction of the 20w driver amp that will 
eventually drive the 300w amplifier.  When it is complete I should be 
getting nearly 150w from the first half of the main amplifier.

Next AW appears to be Jan 3/4, 2015 so look for me on 1296 (and HB9Q Logger).
