[Moon] ARRL changes!!! Realy nice

Lars, As is currently written the new rules only apply to ARRL VHF contests 
not EME. There is no provision or class for eme "ASSISTED"  as on now. ARRL  
VHF contests are January, June  and September. I and many other in the US 
will be participating this weekend with no facility of the reflectors. If 
EME ops see US stations pse spot us as we cannot use or even look at the 
reflectors. This would be of great help for the smaller stations where our
