[Moon] WATER PROOF CAMERA 12VDC

Hi Folks
Every year at this time my Moon tracking camera stops working water gets inside the box it's in. Then i have to go up the tower & take it down ect ect...
I am looking for a source for a waterproof camera working with 12VDC which would show the moon to be about the size of a 25cents coin on an 8" screen or 20cm.
Any ideas
