[Moon] sfu from IPS Learmonth

Gentlemen .. Good News
I have been advised today by IPS that sfu data which I use in EMECalc 
will not be available
until the *23rd October* due to upgrades currently taking place at 
Learmonth. In the meanwhile
you still have the other sites from the NOAA site (less Learmonth). 
Their last update was 8/10/15.
