i have got the following info and was very astonished

  I found, that beacon was heard  on october, 10th.15, but only by tropo:http://www.beaconspot.eu/beaconc.php?beaconcall=DL0SHF&bandmhz=10368  



because there was no doppler shift it seems realy tropo for 2 times over 
more than 1400km. the tx of the beacon starts at 3 degrees elevation
