Most hams think it takes a big antennas and high power to work 
Moonbounce. This short course will show how you can get started will 
very small antennas
and low power – EME is even possible from an apartment balcony, from 
where it has been done many times. The course will cover all aspects of 
EME including choice of band, operating modes and procedures, equipment 
requirements, antennas (inexpensive) and mounting, Moon tracking and 
polarization, Doppler considerations, system evaluation (Sun and Moon noise)
and EME dxpeditions. Ample time will be allocated for questions and answers.
