[Moon] IOWA on 432 MHz

Hi EME gang, I would like to inform about AC0RA activity. Thanks to Wyatt I 
have worked IOWA on 432 MHz. Wyatt was QRV for contesting in EN41BW. He had 
just only 15el Yagi and 100W RF. Expected activity of Gene KB7Q in December 
in NV I am still missing last 3 states to WAS. AL, LA and MS.
