FB Zdenek, I had a nice CW 6cm QSO with Ben SM6CKU 569/569 this morning and my ssb echoes were best I have ever heard. Also heard HB9SV.
Moon noise 1.3dB sun noise 15.2dB SF 76 40W at feed.

  A reminder that August 27/28th is the 6cm Activity Weekend.
  For newcomers: The idea of activity weekends is to encourage activity on the higher microwave bands outside contest weekends. There are no restrictions... if you wish then use the logger, telephone, HF....and use any mode. It is not a contest. It enables everyone to make QSOs, test new equipment, feeds, preamps etc. Hopefully some of the big guns get on and provide signals for newcomers to look for.
  Moon is at high declination with “excess loss” of under 1dB

  My activity will be rather limited due to a family gathering but I’ll probably be on early before the house wakes up!
