[Moon] 23cm operation

Well, it was nice to work many stns. on 23cm.
Many TKS to them:

DL6SH both CW and SSB
ES6FX CW
RA3EC CW
I1NDP both CW and SSB
DK0SF CW

Even if the band has much more librations fading today, but 
sigs were mostly strong, so not too bad!!

My own echo disappeared around 1325UT, 275.7/12.6 deg. 
because of the forest trees, when I1NDP was coming in still 
strong enough.
