[Moon] Clarification on hotel bookings

Just a clarification:

The hotel is fully booked BY US. There is availability only for those that
will register for the conference. If you try to book the hotel through
other means, e.g. web booking portals, you will find that this is not
possible just for that reason. We choose this way in order to ensure a fair
price for everyone, and to guarantee that most of you will be in the same
place all the time, minimizing transfer costs.
