Very sad news Lucien, a big loss to the EME community, and at 70, too soon.  As well as being active eme operators both Franck and his father made great techical contributions.

Dear OM,

We were informed yesterday 20th December of the death of Franck Tonna F5SE.

Our association, the Réseau des Emetteurs Français , loses a great radio-amateur.

With his father F9FT(SK), they were pioneers of the EME activity in France.

I am losing a friend too.
