[Moon] MAB25 / ETS25 position encoders

if you are using the JFL controller then both encoders must be the same 
protocol.

could be used instead of HH encoders from DF1SR

I guess that such an encoder could be even cheaper
and perhaps better than HH12 encoder from DF1SR.
