[Moon] 10ghz eme beacon

Hello Per and thanks for your hard work keeping the 10 GHz EME beacon running!

Listening briefly this morning, with very low  and somewhat 
obstructed moon, the beacon is strong, easy speaker copy of the CW 
and giving good decodes in QRA64.
