Hi Anders

Another thought.

One might be to use a length of 5.7GHz rated coax (with suitable power
handling) of sufficient length to get about 10dB loss.  One end could be
left open or short and sealed against water and then most of the cable
could be coiled up and placed in a bucket of water.
