And may I add that everyone can speak for ourselves Don. This matter is about opinions and policies and that is always a very personal matter...

When I tried FT8 on HF just to see what it does,  I was highly astonished that the program completed the QSO while I was just sitting in my lazy chair... well sorry friends, that is no fun for me...
Same as those WIFI transceivers that are offered nowadays. No antennas needed, you just need a WIFI access point!....
To my opinion (..) these developments are truly killing the future of our beloved hobby!
