[Moon] US Digital A2 encoders

I had a huge lightning back in 29 July, things starting to be cleared, 
But today i got the F1EHN controller back from Repair.

I am not able to solder small stuff anymore, (SM4DHN helped me) but 
worst has happend the A2 Encoders are dead

so has any one repaird any? i suppose it would be done with right chip?

all help are welcome. they are $283 each      (made of Gold)

So it seems i will not be on moon in a long time......
