Hi EME gang, last night we were QRV 24 and partly 10 GHz. Both bands were
clear and I have finally joined silent bands, off of all QRM. On 24 GHz we
have completed 4 QSOs with OK1KIR, G3WDG, OZ1LPR and LX1DB. QSO with LX1DB
was amazing. So loud signal, aurora effect due to spread :-) and worked CW.
Willie has seriously great setup. We did not complete QSO with JA1WQF, PA0
BAT, DL7YC, W5LUA even all stations were perfect copy here and fully decoded
in QRA64 or JT4. Problem was very high spread which during QSO with W5LUA
reached 425 Hz (and my low portable power, but for next expedition it will
be better :-). In this case I had tuning tone 1000 Hz from Al as fat line on
the screen and of course speaker copy. Pity that I do not have bigger power.
But test that 24 GHz on portable and expedition is usable was successful for
me.

10 GHz was easy. I exchange TRV for 10 GHz between waiting Al W5LUA on 24
GHz. Worked were OK1KIR very strong signal, OZ1FF, OK2AQ, OK1CA, DF1OI by
QRA64D and F1PYR, OK1KIR, OK1CA CW easy.

Thank you to all for patience and QSOs.

Plan for tonight. Main interest between you was repeat 23cm. So in the 3,2m
dish we will have 1296 MHz gear as second option. Main band will be 10368
MHz  Look for us on HB9Q where we will announce changes between bands. We
start with 10 GHz.

Plan for Moon pass from 29-30.09.2018 is 2320 MHz main band and focus to
ARRL EME MW contest

Plan for Moon pass from 30-01.10.2018 is 5760 MHz main band and focus to
ARRL EME MW contest

Best regards from 4U1ITU and see you via Moon
