On  DF=83 DL7APV
At 20h40 VP2EMB was -25 on my 2x21 el but i can't TX at time.

be careful with statements such as "never before".

I worked SV9/SV1BTR on Aug-09-1995 at 2317z. Jimmy was using 2x F9FT
19el and 180 w.
