Anyone know how to change the elevation motor in a SPID RAS? The motor worm gear has sheared off.
I can only remove one mounting screw. I have the unit completely apart but it appears almost impossible to access the other two screws. The large ring gear blocks access and it will not move. Maybe with a five ton press?
