[Moon] SOLVED and CLOSED: very unfair rules from ARRL :-(

Hi All,

I wrote about:

This is now solved by Rick, K1DS, who has a good contact to ARRL. Single 
Operator CW class includes CW and SSB now, as in 2019.

We had several email discussions off net about that.
