[Moon] WSJTX 2.4.0 rc1

Just downloaded the new version focusing on Q65 60A    for 144mhz. Unless &
until we all use Q65 instead of JT65 it will be an organized chaos. May be
we should run 2 versions of WSJT 2.4 one using JT65 & the other one using
Q65. 60A & as a back up MAP65 or WSJT10. I personally had no problems with
WSJTX Version 2.3 which out decoded MAP65 & WSJT10. So let see what Q65
does!!!!
