[Moon] QRV 3cm this weekend and the rest of the lunar month

Morning operation only over the weekend due to minimum Azimuth 190 deg min
elevation 24 deg due to trees. Totally blocked by a tree to VK, even at
perigee.

25W 1.1m offset

I can work a well set-up 1.8m dish on digimodes, and at a scrape, 1.5m at
perigee.
