The regulation on the Russian EME competition at 145 MHz in 2021 is published on the official website of the Russian Radio Amateurs Union (https://srr.ru/wp-content/uploads/2021/07/R-EME-145-C_2021.pdf). So far only in Russian, but later it will appear on vhfdx.ru in English. I would be very grateful if you could add this contest to your calendar.
