Such sad news Peter,
Just got notification on Twitter from Pascal F5LEN.

Phillipe was my first ever EME contact.  13cm (CW of course) back in the
days when I had just a 1.4m solid dish and very imprecise tracking.

Helpful, patient and a real gent.

Such a sad end
